In the coming Days of the Horsemen, Chaos, the highest-ranking Vice, has the privilege of reserving the rights to lands just like the Horsemen do. However, she hasn't chosen any yet. Her minions shall receive rewards are she sees fit. To serve and curry the favor of the Vice Chaos, peons are encouraged to maim stupid TV executives - although the study of web design or filmmaking is also highly rewarded. Those who cannot serve in the above-mentioned echelons of society - and those that wish to make a lasting favorable impression on the Vice - are encouraged to make offerings of caffeine.
